When I founded the practice in 2018, I chose the name Deja You because it was a fun and catchy name. A play on words meant to encourage people to re-capture their youth by stepping into self-care.
But over the years, the vision has expanded and the messaging is a little different. I wanted to shift away from focusing on going back in time, and towards living fully right now.
That’s why we became LOVELY.
Our new name is meant to encourage you to embrace every season of life. At Lovely, our goal is that every person leaves not just refreshed and confident—but also lighter, more joyful, and reminded of their God-given value and beauty at EVERY age.
In a world full of noise, comparison, and negativity, we want to offer an alternative. To gently shift the focus back to what is good, what is true, and what is worthy of attention. Because we believe that positivity is contagious, and we want to send it out into the world—starting with you.

—Kris Pritchard, Founder
Kris Pritchard, MSN, FNP-c is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the owner of Lovely Medical Spa & Wellness Center. She received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University, and her master’s from Kaplan University. Kris worked in emergency medicine for over 20 years prior to opening Deja You Medical in 2018. Kris’s aesthetic eye, excellence in procedural technique, and ability to connect with her patients comes together perfectly in her practice. She has extensive training in anatomy and injection technique. She is a master injector and PDO threads specialist. When she isn’t in the office, you can usually find Kris on the boat or the tennis court.
As Lovely’s Director of Operations, Jeri Jo is the backbone of structure and support that keeps the practice running smoothly. Her expertise lies in building systems and processes that allow the team to focus on what they do best; helping every guest look and feel their absolute best.
Her favorite treatment? Hydrafacial - the perfect balance of results and relaxation that leaves skin glowing and refreshed.
Jeri Jo’s favorite part about Lovely is the team culture. “The Lovely Ladies are amazing! Kris has built such a positive environment where everyone feels empowered and supported.”
Before joining the world of aesthetics, Jeri Jo was a ballerina but don’t let that fool you. She’s also a huge sports enthusiast and a diehard fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins.
Outside of work, you’ll find her spending quality time with family. Enjoying pool days, date nights with her husband, watching sports with her son, and spending weekends at the ballet with her daughter.
Jeri Jo embodies the heart of Lovely: genuine care, teamwork, and dedication to every guest’s confidence and experience.
If you’ve ever called or walked through the doors at Lovely, chances are you’ve already been greeted by Natalie’s warm smile and friendly energy. As our Director of Patient Experience, Natalie takes pride in making every guest feel right at home, just as she would welcome someone into her own home.
Though new to aesthetics, Natalie brings a lifetime of experience working with people and a natural gift for connection. Her favorite part of each day is seeing patients leave standing a little taller and smiling a little brighter.
Her top treatment recommendation? A Platinum Hydrafacial: “You leave glowing, and the lymphatic drainage makes such a noticeable difference!”
When she’s not at Lovely, you can find Natalie soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach with her husband or tending to her houseplants. Fun fact: she can do the worm!
Natalie loves being part of a fun, talented team that delivers exceptional care and genuinely loves what they do. Having recently moved to Florida, she’s thrilled to be part of such a beautiful and welcoming community.
Molly is the creative voice behind the scenes at Lovely, sharing our mission, values, and patient experience with the world. With a background in marketing and a passion for storytelling, she helps connect others to the heart of Lovely, a place where confidence, care, and wellbeing meet.
Though newer to the aesthetics and wellness space, Molly has been in marketing for five years and loves showcasing the transformative, empowering experiences that happen here every day. Her favorite part of working at Lovely is the positivity and confidence that radiates from the team. She leaves every day feeling inspired and supported.
Outside of Lovely, you’ll find Molly reading, cooking, or spending time with friends. She believes that self-care is deeply personal, and she loves helping others discover the treatments and wellness practices that help them feel confident, empowered, and cared for.
Molly is passionate about telling the story of what makes Lovely unique — a place where every guest is seen, heard, and welcomed exactly as they are.
Kelsie is one of the warm, welcoming faces who helps ensure every visit at Lovely feels comfortable, smooth, and genuinely cared for. Though she’s only been in the aesthetics world for a short time, she brings a natural talent for hospitality and a deep appreciation for helping guests feel seen and supported.
Kelsie loves the positive and uplifting environment at Lovely. The supportive culture and genuine care among the team are what make each day meaningful. To her, Lovely isn’t just a place for treatments, it’s a place where confidence, connection, and community grow.
Outside of Lovely, you’ll find Kelsie exploring local spots like Maker’s in Pensacola or taking scenic drives down to 30A with her sister, Presley. A fun surprise? Kelsie is an artist, one of her pieces was once displayed in a local coffee shop in her hometown of Ruston, Louisiana.
Kelsie believes spa days are essential and she’s excited to help every guest feel right at home and in the very best hands.
Alexa is a talented Nurse Practitioner who blends clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident and cared for. With a little over a year in aesthetics, she has developed a love for neuromodulators, filler, and especially laser treatments; a modality she believes can truly transform and rejuvenate the skin at any age.
What Alexa loves most about Lovely is the way every detail of the experience is centered around care. From the moment a guest walks in, the environment is warm, uplifting, and intentionally supportive, and she is honored to be part of that.
Outside of Lovely, you’ll find Alexa spending time with family and friends, loving on her dog Macy, staying active, or getting in a Peloton workout. Fun fact: she was a cheerleader for most of her life including competitive and collegiate cheer at Troy University, where she also earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in nursing.
Born and raised in Pensacola, Alexa began her nursing career on the Mother Baby floor at Sacred and always had a personal love for aesthetics. After seeing firsthand how transformative laser treatments could be, she turned that passion into her career; a dream she now lives every day.
Alexa’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in positivity, confidence, and care creating results that look natural, refreshed, and uniquely you.
Pat is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years in Wellness and Family Practice and 12 years in Aesthetics. At Lovely Medical Spa & Wellness Center, she focuses primarily on the Wellness Center, offering services such as hormone replacement therapy, weight management, IV therapy, and neuromodulator injections.
Pat’s approach is rooted in the belief that true beauty begins from within; glowing skin and confidence start with a healthy body and mind. She loves helping patients reach their personal goals, whether that’s enhancing natural beauty or improving overall well-being.
Her top recommendation? A Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation to assess your overall health and create a personalized roadmap for wellness.
Pat treasures the genuine connections she builds with patients and the uplifting, positive energy of the Lovely team. She’s also a proud mom of three and grandma to two wonderful grandchildren.

Giada is one of the friendly, radiant faces behind the skin transformations at Lovely. With 5 years of experience in aesthetics, she specializes in Hydrafacials and curated skincare treatments that leave skin healthy, clear, and glowing. She’s known for making guests feel instantly comfortable; whether they come to relax, reset, or overshare a little while she works her magic.
Originally from Italy, Giada brings a warm and genuine approach to care. Her favorite part of being at Lovely is the team of talented women she works alongside and the way everyone truly cares about each guest and their experience.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find Giada at home with her cats, reading, or enjoying time with friends. She believes great skin is a confidence-builder and she loves being part of the journey that helps guests feel beautiful and supported in their own skin.
Amanda is one of the warm, calming forces within Lovely Medical Spa & Wellness. With 5 years of experience in the wellness field, she has a passion for helping patients feel their best from the inside out.
Her favorite service to provide is IV therapy; a simple yet powerful way to support hydration, boost energy, and elevate overall wellbeing. Amanda loves seeing the way small enhancements in wellness translate into confidence, clarity, and radiance.
Amanda’s favorite part of working at Lovely is watching patients reconnect with their confidence. “I love seeing that spark when someone looks in the mirror and recognizes the best version of themselves.”
Outside of work, Amanda is usually enjoying family time — iced coffee in hand — relaxing at the beach or finding something fun to explore. She has lived in five states and two countries, which gave her a deep appreciation for people, culture, and meaningful connection.
She’s been married to her high school sweetheart for 26 years and is a proud mom of four (plus two very loved dogs!). Originally from Texas, she now happily calls Florida home.
What makes Amanda such a beautiful fit at Lovely is her belief that self-care is not vanity — it’s vitality. She embodies Lovely’s commitment to holistic, uplifting, personalized care that makes confidence sustainable and wellness accessible.
Emma is one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet at Lovely, helping support smooth patient flow and ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Although she’s newer to the aesthetics world, Emma has quickly become an important part of the guest experience, bringing warmth, kindness, and genuine care to every interaction.

Outside of Lovely, you’ll find Emma painting, shopping, or spending time with the people she loves. A fun surprise? She was once a pianist — and she now channels that same creativity and calming presence into her work. She’s also a proud cat mom to her fur-baby, Zeppelin.

Dr. Leveque is a board-certified plastic surgeon with Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery in Pensacola, Florida and has been practicing for over 20 years.
